5. Subscriptions & Payments
- WebQuick services may be billed as a one-off fee, monthly subscription, or annual plan, depending on the package selected.
- Payment details will be outlined at checkout or in your proposal.
- All prices are in AUD and may include GST.
- For recurring plans, payments will be automatically charged on your billing cycle until cancelled.
- If payment fails or is overdue, your services may be paused or suspended.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@webquick.com.au.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused time.
- For custom website builds, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. Please contact us directly for exceptions.
7. Acceptable Use
By using WebQuick services, you agree not to:
- Host or promote illegal, abusive, or offensive content
- Use our platform for spam, phishing, or malware distribution
- Tamper with or hack our systems or other users’ websites
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of content (text, images, etc.) that you upload to your site.
- WebQuick retains ownership of platform code, proprietary features, and design templates unless otherwise agreed.
- We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless requested otherwise.
