How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites are completed within 5–10 business days, depending on the complexity and how quickly content and feedback are supplied. We’ll confirm the expected timeframe before work begins.
What happens after my website is launched?
We keep the technical side looked after under your care plan, including hosting, backups, updates and essential monitoring.
What’s included in the monthly care plan?
Managed hosting, SSL, backups, routine updates, essential monitoring, technical support and reasonable minor text or image edits. Larger changes are quoted separately.
What if I need help after launch?
You can contact WebQuick for technical support and reasonable minor changes covered by your plan.
Do you provide domain name and email?
We can help connect your domain and set up professional business email. Domain registration and third-party email service costs are separate where applicable.
Do you work with businesses in my industry?
WebQuick is designed for many Australian small-business industries. Tell us what you do and we’ll confirm whether the service is a suitable fit.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Yes. WebQuick websites are designed to work across desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. If your requirements change, we can discuss the best option for you.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes. You can have WordPress administrator access and update your website yourself, while WebQuick continues handling the technical side if you stay on care.
Is my website secure?
We use SSL, managed hosting, routine updates, backups and essential monitoring as part of the ongoing care setup.
Can I see examples of your work?

Do you offer SEO services?
Yes. Basic SEO foundations are included with the website. Ongoing SEO and digital growth services are available through our specialist SiteGuru team.
